HTC One - GPS keeps turning itself off.

Ever since the update to 4.3, my HTC One's GPS keeps turning itself off. Everytime I use an app that requires it, I have to go to settings and turn it back on. I am not running any battery saver or power saver did that would turn it off. Any one else having this issue?

Yes, my HTC One does this, too. I resorted to placing a GPS on/off toggle widget on my home screen so I can turn it back on more easily, but I'd rather be able to keep it on constantly. Does anybody know how to do that?

You will know when GPS is on because you get a radar dish with a signal on the notification bar, I have only seen it while using twitter. It could be a power saving option built in to save battery if it is not in use?
