Just bought my phone yesterday, and it didn't came with the tv app. What should I do to install it, cuz I'm sure it's bot on my cellphone.

Not the GPe...tv app is part of Sense. If you're savvy enough to buy the GPe edition, be savvy enough to know what you're buying.
