I just noticed an issue with no menu button on the HTC One. The chase app which has many features including the deposit check only show up when you hit the menu button. I tried it on other andriod phones it works. But i cant use that feature on HTC One because there is no physical menu button. The app itself doesn't have the menu button. If anyone does use the Chase app with HTC One could you try it that would be great.

Thanks.

I don't have the Chase app, but there should be a button that looks like 3 small dots stacked on top of one another that will be used for the menu. Newer Android devices don't have the traditional menu button but use the alternative one (in-app) as the menu. Hope that helps.

Sorry for the late reply, but there is really no other button after you login beside my checking account and credit card summary. kind of weird really this is really the only app i noticed this.

Interesting. I think it may be an app problem. 4.3 compliant apps usually have the 3 dots menu button that acts as the menu button. Google did away with hardware menu buttons a bit ago, I think. Nexus 4 doesn't have one.

One HTC One T-mobile recently updated 4.3 version, you can go to Display, gestures & button, under Buttons, Home, change to Swipe up for Google Now, press and hold for menu. Now if you press the button, it goes to home, long press, it goes to menu, swipe up, it goes to google now.

I use the Chase bank app on my Galaxy Nexus, and I think I know what the OP means. My wife just got a Note 3 with 4.3 she can get to menus. I know that the HBOgo app doesn't work yet on it. I don't have a separate Menu button on my 2 year old phone, just Home, Back, and Recent Apps. The menus are on the app with the 3 dots on the right corner.

HTC One has no menu button. But you can still access menus. Simply long press on home button for menu. (Press home button until menu appears)

For example in the CHASE MOBILE APP there is no in-app menu. To access the menu on the HTC One, hold down the home button and the menu button will appear.

Additionally:
Short press on home button for home.
Double click on home button for currently running apps

Thanks a lot for that tip. I even called Chase and the CS rep had no clue about this. He kept saying "look up in the corner for the 3 dots, it's gotta be there."
