HTC One: led notifications light not working on 4.3

Hi as the title says when I get calls emails text no notification light go on only works if battery low red or battery fully charged the green shows

do you have notifications lights enabled?

You should go to Settings>Display, Gestures, and Buttons>Notification Flash. There you will find the option for notification flash/light. Settings may vary depending on your carrier.

try disabling them and re-enabling them.


if that won't work you must perform a factory reset.


do not restore from any system backups as they are probably corrupted with this bug as well.

I have did all that except the fdr. I will do that once 4.4 hits.
