HTC ONE location settings keep turning off....

So I went through a few threads on here didn't really see another one mentioning the location settings at @ settings>location>GPS Satellites turning off on its own.
I go in, change it to on, soon as I go back in it's set to off or both the on AND off are selected.
Plan on going to the Sprint store today...but just wondering if anyone else has noticed this?:-\

I have HTC Explorer and running the GPS on it as well its working excellent. I don't know about others HTC mobiles. But HTC explorer is a great cell phone.

I have the ONE and my GPS is not turning itself off, it's simply not working. Weather says "my location" and when I refresh it I get a message that location services can't be updated. This seems to be a problem related to Sense 5 as other HTC phones are having this problem according to posts across the internets.
