my htc one m7 has many problems starting with i cannot make normal phone calls without an earphone. without plugging an earphone i cannot hear anything and nor does it transmit any sound. i have to plug it before the call for it to work otherwise there is no sound. apart from this i cannot connect my one to a computer . the computer doesn't detect anything whatsoever and on my htc one it says the HOST CABLE IS PLUGGED IN. i had it checked from the htc store and the mic is working perfectly even on skype. .
i have tried everything ranging from changing data cables, laptops , different types of 3rd party softwares but nothing seems to work.
i am currently running insertcoin 3.0.6 which i transferred via AIRDROP through wifi and i have been since using airdrop to transfer files. this was not the case before i installed insertcoin rom. i had received the device running 4.2 and everything was absolutely normal till the time i transferred insertcoin and flashed it. my device got into a bootloop just before flashing insertcoin and that prompted me to flash another rom.
and since flashing it all these new problems have come up .i've tried flashing it 3 times just to see if these problems go away, but they stuck. now i just wanted to know if these problems were software oriented and if yes, how and what rom should i go for. (nusenseven v2.0, cm12, insertcoin 7.1.2 or any other for that matter) and because i cannot fastboot my phone i don't really know anything about my device other than :-
