My device won't allow me to view .mov extention videos. I have been sent several videos thru my email address and after saving them to my phone, it won't play them. Does the M7 have trouble with these extentions or am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

You can try third party video applications like BS.Player or MX Player.
