HTC one m8 after my phone battery goes down some settings goes to default

When my phone battery goes down some setting restores to default for example: all wifi passwords forgoten, google play services crash, home screen becomes default, all contacta are lost
Can you help me

Do you mean when the battery runs out, or just drops low? I know this isn't a solution, but in general, it's not a good idea to let the battery die on a regular basis, since it will reduce its lifespan.

This might be a sign that the phone is going to fail completely soon. Make sure all of your important data is backed up somewhere.
