I have silver HTC one now. I don't really like the Gray neither but If I had ordered from Sprint could of had it by tomorrow or the next day. Best Buy list the Gray and Gold and yes for now silver is exclusive to Verizon. So I like the gold but it won't let me add it to cart. I have to call them tomorrow. I get an extra 50 off so it'll cost me 149 and they said they will give me 125 for my HTC One.

I've seen all three colors in person, and Gunmetal Gray all the way, it's gorgeous.

i got the gunmetal. i had the m7 in silver and liked it, but was jealous of the black model that came out later. i have a gold iphone and like that, but feel the gold m8 is too much gold going on, but i haven't seen it in person.

i think gunmetal is the nicer color though of the three launch colors

I wanted Silver and didn't really care for the gunmetal myself but it seems to be the popular choice. I ended up calling Sprint back today and they had Gold besides the Gunmetal so I just ordered from them instead of waiting for Best Buy and I was told by the 1-800 Best Buy today they had no record of me signing up for Phone Freedom to save the extra 50 and I know I did but I didn't want to wait till the 11th to get it anyway. So now I hope to have it in a couple days. They always say 2-5 business days but since the warehouse is in Louisville Kentucky where I live I'll get it sooner than later I hope. I think I'll like the gold and I always have a case on my phone anyway. I wasn't about to wait for Sprint to get silver. But now I want a Dot case.

Sprint told me yesterday they had the gold and yes I thought it was a BB exclusive but they assured me they had it so I ordered two then got home from work to check my order status and it say back ordered and now there telling me that maybe they had a few gold and there gone but they don't have any now, I bet they didn't have any to begin with just like they told me the 1st day it came out it was 249 with a 50 dollar mail in rebate and then they changed it to just 199 no mail in. Sprint just now is telling me they only list Grey they have no gold but my order in my email says gold but they don't have it. I have to cancel my order now and will just wait it out for Best Buy cause there giving 125 for our old phones and I still think I'll get the extra 50 phone freedom that I signed up for. So it'll be cheaper. But Best Buy said pre orders aren't till April 6th. I have the HTC one now so I guess I can wait it out.

Turns out now Sprint tells me there was a glitch in there system no gold. Come On! And now I already got charged over 400 bucks and have to wait for credit. There cancelling my order. But I can't order from Best Buy till I get credited back. And Best Buy said there don't doing pre orders for Sprint yet just AT&T I don't know. So I'm stuck waiting! :-( Oh and now Sprint says I won't even see a credit for 3-5 business days. I can see my money being on hold but it actually went through and I got charged and don't even have anything yet.

I love the red Go Cards! That's my team U of L wish red was out now. Sprint just cancelled my order and BB said there not doing pre orders yet for Sprint. :-(

Sprint had a glitch in there system only BB will have the gold. I have silver now and would really love the red one that will be out later on but to be different I'm gonna do gold. I don't like the gunmetal for some reason but it has the most votes. BB 1-800 said they had gold and I could pick them up tomorrow and I ordered from them and once again don't have they have no release date for Sprint.

I was set on silver until I used them both. Silver looks as if it's painted silver. Gunmetal is brushed aluminum, somewhat anodized looking. Definitely my fave now, though i might hold out if they announce a gradient.

I got the gunmetal one from sprint and it's lighter in color than I thought it would be. Pretty much looks like brushed stainless but without the fingerprints.

I can't decide between the silver and the gunmetal. I've seen the gumetal one and it does look quite nice, but I want to see the silver one before I decide, but all the Verizon stores I went to only have the gunmetal on display and they wouldn't show me a silver one, I guess casue they are boxed up for sale. Is the M8 silver the same as the M7 silver or are there any differences in color or texture?

I thought Verizon had the 2 week exclusive on the silver or is it they just get to sell the phone itself in stores before anyone else. Sure hope they have accessories when it does come out. I have the silver M7 now and I don't care for the gun metal and always have a case on my phone and kind of wish I got it just to have the phone already. But I am on my way to Best Buy now to pre order from Sprint and I'll probably just to the amber gold. I don't know when the silver will be available. I really want the red one i saw a picture of.
