HTC one M8 Issue with alarms after DST

[AC Question]

Has anyone heard of this issue? My auto alarm for work/no work has always been 2:15am. The daylight savings moved it to 3:15am (??) but when I try to change it back it still says 2:15am!!?? I have rebooted to no avail. Am asking here before I reset to factory.
