A friend texted a video clip from their iPhone to my M8. I could see video/hear audio. I saved it to gallery, & then shared to Facebook. Video plays, but there is no sound. I've tried everything I could think of, including reset, but can't figure out what the issue might be. I've emailed the clip to myself, saved and shared again, and still no sound once it's on Facebook. I just upgraded from an Incredible 4, and never had this issue doing the same from that phone.
To test things, I took a short video clip with my M8, shared to fb, and that works fine. Only appears to be a problem with videos texted to me...any ideas?
