HTC One M8 phone won't vibrate on incoming call

I keep my phone on vibrate when I'm at work but I'd like it to ACTUALLY vibrate when I am receiving a call. I miss so many calls because my phone is out of my peripheral vision so I don't see that I'm receiving a call and it's very frustrating. I've tried everything in the Sound Settings and it hasn't changed.

Welcome to Android Central! Does it ever vibrate, like when you first boot it up? Vibration motors can fail (they're the only other moving part besides the tiny autofocus mechanism in the camera).
