Htc one m8 ringtone resets

Hello.

Just had my M8 for a couple of days.

Issue is that every time i set the ringtone volume to high there comes a moment when the volume resets to the default level. I have been playing around with all the settings and possibilities but in vain.

Anyone can advise what may cause this before i do factory reset.

I have this problem too, tried a factory reset, but the problem persists.

Thanks for your reply. If factory reset doesn't work means there is more serious issue. I had an M7 which had camera issue and now with M8 the ringtone problem. I love HTC but I am being troubled now.
