HTC One (M8) Turn off vibration for double tap?

I have all vibration turned off but I can't seem to figure out how to disable the vibrate on the double tap to wake the screen and also on non text notifications like group me

Doesn't seem like you can disable the vibration for double tap.
As for individual app vibrations, you should be able to find vibration settings inside the app.
