HTC One M8 unlocked using Team Win. Please help me re-lock

I have searched through many website, forums and even the HTC help forums with no luck.

I have unlocked my One M8. I struggle to update the software, i can't runa recovery because it always takes me to the Teamwin window.

I have no idea how to fix this. The status shows as follows

I need to fix this as nothing will update

You need to flash the stock recovery before locking the bootloader.
The command to relock is " fastboot oem lock "

Open a cmd prompt from your adb/fastboot folder

Again I'm sorry, but every time i boot into recovery it goes straight into Team Win REcovery Projectv2.7.0.2 and i dont seem to be able to find any where that opens a command prompt on my phone

I should never have done this.

Any other suggestions?
