HTC One M8 update - how to fix?

Just did the latest Android update. Phone can be used but a few problems.
Power button unresponsive and I keep getting messages asking me to reset my Not Available settings.

I've tried a factory reset a few times, thorough the Settings menu, but no luck - the problem persists.

Is there any way to get back to the original factory settings for this phone - or could anyone suggest another approach?

If a factory reset didn't solve that problem then not sure what could. Is it a carrier phone then I'd recommended calling for support from cell phone provider or contacting HTC direct. Sorry can't think of any of other solutions...factory reset usually is the final solution hence I think you need to seek some sort of repairs...

google "ruu htc one m8" then download your rom for your phone mine was unlock/developer then follow the instructions i got my phone working today it was down from last night
