HTC One M9 and Mirrorlink

Got my new Subaru Impreza and HTC One M9 last week. I am not able to get Mirrorlink working. When I plugin the usb cable, I select Mirrorlink from USB settings but nothing shows up on car display. Mirrorlink app on car display is grayed out. Anyone else got it to work?

Pretty sure it only works on Honda, Jaguar, and Land Rover. It works fine in my Honda.

Also, do you have any MirrorLink certified apps on your phone such as Sygic Car Navigation.

I haven't tried that. I was expecting the phone screen to show up after I selected mirror link from car's app screen but that option is grayed out

Also try with your parking break engaged.

Tried with Syngo and tried with parking break engaged. No go. I'm hearing elsewhere that Subaru USA does not have Mirrorlink enabled yet. I guess I gotta wait till summer update.
