Htc one m9 band 4 in Japan

Hello everyone. This might be an easy question but it's going to help me a lot since I don't know how to get an answer.
I'm going to Japan in a few days and I'm interested in buying the one m9, but in my country lte or 4g runs on band 4 (1700/2100). I'm currently in hong kong where I thought I'd find it but failed miserably. My last hope is to get it in Japan before flying back home Argentina
So anyone knows if in Japan I can find htc one m9 band 4 (b4)?

I would imagine most cellular stores in Japan would carry the M9 that has all the correct bands to be used there.

There is no Japanese M9 model.

There is instead the J Butterfly 3, however it will be difficult to get as a tourist, not sure how easy to find get in the 2nd hand stores.

Unlocking it is another question entirely, as is using the mainly cdma phone in Argentina.
