why this icon near sound profile icon

That is the do not disturb icon. For some odd reason, you get two icons when in silent mode.

You can turn off Do Not Disturb by tapping a volume button, then adjusting the setting in the menu that comes up. See this support page as well: HTC One - Do not disturb mode - SETTINGS & SERVICES - How-tos - Support | HTC Australia

i get the same, but when you try to turn it off the phone defaults to normal sound every time you go to silent do not disturb comes on whatever yiu do

Same happening to me. So basically I have to sleep with vibrate instead of silent because I don't want DND on and miss notifications when I wake up.

Annoying...

When the alarm wakes you, wouldn't you be taking it out of silent mode anyways? You can also put dnd in priority mode, letting whatever notifications you want bypass dnd.
