HTC One Max worth it in 2016?

I've always liked it, but never bought it. I'm not looking to buy it as my daily driver, just to tinker with and try to learn rooting with. I seem them go on swappa for around $150-200 usually. Worth it? Still seems to be a sharp phone really.

I think it's a little under powered these days, since it only has 2GBs and a slower processor, BUT it has a giant screen, and good sound quality, so it would probably make a good mess around phone. If you can get one cheap enough I might get it.

I use the Moto X Pure as my daily driver. I did see where someone put MM on it, looked good. I have a dummy line I can put it on.

Using an iPhone and Nextbit Robin here, but I have owned SO many phones over the last 5 years! lol In the giant phone arena I owned the 6.4 inch Sony Xperia Z Ultra, plus I owned the Samsung Note 2 and Note 4.
