HTC one mil adapter to tv

Hi, I recently brought a mil adapter so I can watch Netflix on my tv.......the problem I have is 3 times out of 5 while watching the sound is not synced with the picture....it's more than a quarter or half a second which I could tolerate....it's more like 30 seconds at least......is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I'm on the very latest kitkat software for HTC one.....thanks guys

It could be a problem with the MHL adapter itself. I'd suggest trying a different one.
