HTC One Mini 2

[AC Question]

Hello everyone,

I own a htc one mini 2 and just recently, all of a sudden, it stopped vibrating whenever I tap the keyboard and also I couldn't receive any notification sound on any of my messages. I tried going over the settings and marking/unmarking the vibrate on touch option a few times and switching and restarting the phone but the vibration nor the notification sound would come.

Please help me with my query ASAP...

Hmmm, I would have expected a Soft Reset to do it but you've tried that and no go.
Try going to Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and select Clear Cache.

A Cache Partition wipe may also be worth trying. It's described under No.1 here:
