Htc one no OS

I flashed a kernel and wanted to remove it so I factory reset my phone. Then I format my system, now I have no OS, I was wondering how I can put one on. For recovery mode, it only allows me to use the clock something one. I'm new to this help would be qppreciated also, I don't have a custom recovery backup.

Put a custom ROM on your SD, and do a clean install (wipe data, cache, dalvik cache, system, cust, then install the rom).

I have a built in sd card how can I download? Because the clockwork mod won't allow me to leave its recovery mode which is useless.

You don't have an external one? I don't own an HTC One, so I don't know if there's any flashtool. If you can't get an external SD, you'll have to google for an HTC One flashtool.
