Htc One nw icons missing

device got 4.3 and 5.5 yesterday. today the phone got stuck and did a reset but many icons not there anymore

please help

How did you reset your phone? Your phone is stock or custom?

reset thru the setting. phone is open sim (stock or custom)

Did you also delete all data?
Use these steps:

1. Head to Menu>>Settings>>Backup & reset on your device.

2. Tap on Reset phone button.

3. A prompt will appear on your screen, simply hit the Erase all data button.

4. It?ll then erase all the data on your HTC One and factory reset it.
