So basically, Verizon is making an announcement on the 22nd so it's the perfect time for "tipsters" to spread rumors.

Fast and Furious 6 is coming out on the 24th. A tipster that I cannot name told me that the avengers 2 previews will be shown.

I'm not sure what more they can announce. It's too early for VoLTE, end of all contracts wouldn't be a great business decision, as it hasn't been long enough for T mobile to have forced it. I have a few guesses.
An HTC phone
Acquisition of Vodafone?
Launch of Firefox devices

Any other thoughts?

I decided to take advantage of the two week "trial period" with the One and AT&T. I'm in love and don't want to give it back! I currently have the S3 on Verizon with unlmtd. data and I'm seriously considering giving it up for the One.

What really sucks is the HTC promo ends on May 19th, so I'm hoping to get an early peek at what Verizon is preparing to announce.

If you were planning on leaving Verizon, dont just close your account. Do an Assumption of Liability. Plenty of people want an unlimited line.

Well, if I do get rid of the account, it won't be right away. I still have 4 months left on my contract. I am eligible to upgrade, so I hope Verizon announces the One soon!

Technically, if you found someone to do an AoL you an leave whenever they take over the line. But yeah I am hoping they announce the One as well. I want HTC to be successful

Yeah I plan to get an s4 and still do, unless we get confirmation it's coming sometime this Month the s4 gets my money

I've been doing some more thinking on this. They just announced the Nokia 928, and now announced moving up the S4 release date. It seems to me if they were going to announce the One, they'd just do it. Verizon will probably be announcing something spectrum related, or something non-device. If they were going to announce devices, they could have said S4 in stores TOMORROW to huge fanfare. I highly doubt anything phone-wise is coming, but let's hope I'm wrong. I really do not want that S4.
