htc one question

I bought the tmobile htc one online after cancelling my 32gb unlocked one from letstalk.com. Now with tmobile I paid for the phone full price. I'm not in contract with tmobile I just have there service. Can I take the phone I just bought and go to another carrier or will I have to do something to the phone first??

You will need to have T-Mobile unlock it. I'm not sure how to do that as I have never done it before.

Call them and give them the IMEI number and they will give you the unlock code.
