HTC One S - achieving S-off without ADB??

ok, trying to help a friend out..

His One S was stuck in a boot loop, but not anymore.. the phone does not load normally though

I am able to get into bootloader, and fastboot usb.. (see pics) But S-on remains and I am not sure how to get to S-off.

Is there anyway to achieve this or is the phone bricked??

Why specifically do you need S-OFF?
I suggest you get a Rom first and then try getting S-OFF.
