HTC One Slow Battery Charge fixes and answers?

but when i shut the mobile down and put the charger on it it's recharging but so slowly very very slow.. the mobile is htc one x

I purchased a 10,000 mAh battery for recharging my ONE and I've found that it charges the phone faster than plugging the phone into an AC charger. Not sure why but it's noticeably faster. The battery will put three good charges on the phone before having to recharge it.

I got it on Amazon and don't remember the name of it but I would think others would work just as well.

I had the same problem with slow charge warning. While in Las Vegas at the SEMA show, it quit charging at all. I got my car charger and had the same luck but found if I wiggled the cable it would charge slow. I noticed that the cable didn't seem to go in as far as it used to. Found lint in my USB port and cleaned it with a toothpick and it started charging. When I got home I tried to upload pics to a PC and it wouldn't see my phone on the PC. Did a thorough cleaning on my USB port with a dental tool and blew out with canned air and now it is seen on my PC and it now charges fast all the time. Don't forget to turn phone off before poking a metal tool into it for cleaning and be gentle as it is delicate. Worked for me.
