HTC One - Sound Issue

Hi guys,

Have a problem that has only started. Whenever I make/receive a phone call the person on the other end cannot hear me. I need to shout to be even vaguely heard. I assume it is an issue with the microphone. The voice recorder still works and seems to pick up my voice ok. Is there any settings that may have been changed??

It sounds (no pun intended) like it's on the call settings.
But could you give more info, like; what kind of device you are having this problem with.

It's a HTC one. The in call volume indicates that its full but unless I shout no one can hear me...

Is the phone stock? What carrier do you have?

Yes the phone is stock. And my carrier is EE

You'll probably have to take it to them to see if they can send you a replacement.
