HTC One Stock 4.3 (AT&T) Rooted WiFi Tethering wont work! Downgrade? Fix?

So I picked up an htc one yesterday. Rooted it but can't find a WiFi tethering solution that works. Can I downgrade to 4.2.2 safely? Is there a robust tethering solution that works on stock 4.3 AT&T?

I tried flashing the mod and it put my HTC one in a boot loop. I just now got it back up, but I downgraded to 4.2.2, hoping for more solutions. Will this work on 4.2.2? Or is there a better choice for 4.2.2 stock rooted.

How do you downgrade to 4.2.2 from 4.3?

Im on Sprint and really not sure what is available for at&t. Have you looked over at XDA ?
