HTC ONE teardown

Was looking at this article on the HTC one teardown

and noticed that the back got damaged during the repair and was considered "impossible" without damaging the back, so just asking you guys if i had a spare back with me would this not be a problem anymore? i know its still very difficult to tear down.

I think there are some youtube videos showing methods on how to open up an htc one properly without damaging it. But I'm not sure why you want to tear it down?

I looked through and most of them have damage on the back casing.. and tearing down because my screen got annihilated
