HTC One - Unable to View or Save E-mail Attachments

When I try to view or save e-mail attachments, I get the message "Sorry, an error occurred. Please try again. If the problem persists, there may be a problem with the file you are trying to access." I even tried to view or save e-mail attachments that I could access before and save and they are not even working. Please help!

I deleted and reinstalled yahoo app. And now it works perfectly.

If you're trying to open a file sent as an attachment, there may be something wrong with it, or it may be named wrong. (A file with .doc on the end that's really an Excel spreadsheet will cause a problem, because the phone tries to open it using an app that opens doc files.)
