Htc One Upgrade.

I'm a little bit worried about this phone. I live in Brazil, the phone came without the tv app and now I don't know if I should wait the upgrade for 4.2.2, I still got the 4.1.2 ...

Please, tell me what I should do.

Maybe Brazil doesn't allow for phones having infrared.

Im From Brazil, mine came with 4.1 and i updated to 4.2 and works fine with infrared, check out this link
