HTC One: Vibration Harder

Today I noticed that out of nowhere, my phone vibrates much harder than it did previously. I haven't changed any settings and am baffled as to how to fix it.

HTC added this feature for increased pleasure... ;D
BTW I noticed it was louder after kitkat, almost sounds like a ringtone of a vibration...
