Htc One vs GS4 Video !!!! WARNING: VERY BAISED

I think the video is fair in certain aspects but don't agree that the screen point. Not a fair comparison as the HTC has a higher PPI and that makes images look better and Samsungs saturated screens looks fake, making the colors seem better.

As for the camera features, if anyone noticed when the HTC One came out all the features "erasing, drama" and so on were already in Zoe. It was a Samsung that followed with them not brought them out like the reviewer seemed to want to indicate. Besides all of them are automatically enabled in the HTC One unlike the S4 where you would need to select a mode before you can use it.

As far as the screen goes ppi isn't everything. It's the same game that some played with the iPhone. I know I would prefer a 5" screen over a 4.7" screen. I agree with you when it comes to display technology but the ppi argument is a mute one.

And don't pretend like Samsung waited for the one announcement and then designed the s4 to include the features from the one.

There are so many reviews comparing the two that the best thing to do is go out and compare them yourself and pick the one that is right for you. I truly like my HTC One, I traded in my Note II stopped using my iPhone 5.

Where did u see the HTC one has better low light pics? Every review I've seen had s4 winning...but I understand ur point now...like u said its about what's better for u end of the day... I can't argue with that...those features on the s4 I can't knock because I might just use them so I can't say they're gimmicks..

Do I need to post more? Or are those reviews you saw saying the S4 took better photos the ones bantered out by yourself?

I just went to a best buy and they had the galaxy s4 and htc one live demos, I have both phones on order , i got tired of waiting on my htc unlocked order to arrive , I went ahead and ordered a s4 and said whichever arrives first.

Anyways I played with the htc One for a day ( my friend let me borrow ) I was always set on the One simply because its looks, well i spent about an hour with the s4 today and honestly it does not feel cheap as we like to believe only cause its plastic , I can tell you that the screen looks better than the One, both phones lagged a bit , the software gestures are gimmicky on the s4 but they work , one thing that had me concerned is that the One got very warm to the point of discomfort , the s4 just got warm nothing out of the ordinary .


Overall I'm impressed with both phones but I'm now leaning towards the s4 , looks good not cheap , bigger and better screen IMO , and one thing that I was concerned is how hot the One got ( deal breaker for me) . There are other variables like bigger battery, android 4.2 vs 4.1 and other that I don't want to turn this into a flame thread /post .

Anyways those set on the One , its a great phone just think the s4 is slightly better after trying both phones out.

You do realize that your opinion is not fact. I don't care at all for the large speaker grills and large bezel on the one and I'm not the only one.

And then you rattle off all of those reasons where the s4 beat the one in the review and say he was payed? You fanboys really do the one a disservice. You take what should be a great phone, and a positive review and then just start whining about trolls and Samsung must be paying everyone.

Although my opinions about these two phones are different, I respect yours because we are all entitled to our own. But what your missing is that there is this little think called marketing. So when I read "consumers will show the truth" it sorta made me want to crawl under a rock and die because I have just lost a bit more faith in the intelligence of humanity.

I missed the part in the contract that when I switched from an htc to a samsung device I was only allowed to say positive things about Samsung now. Or is that a new forum rule? Fanboys only? Or is it just htc?

And in what part of my post that you quoted was I "bashing about a Samsung device"? Is that the same thing as bashing a device or is it having a party for your phone?

It's people like you who turn every thread on the one forum into something samsung or s4 related. If you're happy with the one then be secure in your purchase and stick to writing about how happy you are. If you're not then go buy an s4 and write about how happy you are with that.

Writing posts about the one (the key part there is" about the one") from a samsung device is not "trollin". Looking for any post that references samsung in the signature and then accusing them of trollin and not even referencing the original thread topic... That's "trollin"
