Why do I have 100s of useless images displayed in my Downloads and all Photos Galleries? Is there a way to fix this? I feel like I should only see images that I chose to download. A lot of the images seem to correlate with my Exchange account emails.

You have them there because you long pressed on an image or a document link and that caused a download, and that particular directory is where these things get stored.

If they are images then they will show up in the gallery.
Download a file manager from the play store and use that to get rid of those you don't want.

Ig you're email has attachments and you choose to save the attachment they get stored there as well.

That is incorrect, icebike. I am having the same problem and we are not pressing too long and downloading these images. It automatically downloads all images within my emails for my exchange account and puts them in the "Downloads" folder in the gallery. I, too, would like to know how to disable this automatic download! When I'm looking at my "All Photos" album, I do not want to see 100s of unnecessary work logos from my coworker's email signatures. Deleting them one by one is too tedious. :(
