My HTC One flash stopped working, even with full battery. I checked to make sure it was not disabled in settings, or on automatic. Any fix?

Try a factory reset

Try clearing data on the camera app first.

Can you get the LED to turn on with the flashlight app? It would be nice to confirm that it is still functional at all somehow . If you can't get it to light up with a flashlight app... then you might be looking at a warranty swap with ATT.

Thansk, I don 't know what is meant by "clearing the camera data" but did get the flashlight app and the camera LED will not light.
