Htc one x plus system volume kinda quiet

I never noticed it until my wife pointed it out to me. Its quiet cimpared to my other devices and its as loud as it will go. Any way to fix this with out rooting or a custom rom.

I had the same problem with my HTC Inspire. I can't remember which one worked the best, but I downloaded "volume control", "speaker boost" from Google play that helped allot.
