My bootloader is unlocked and my AT&T HTC One is rooted. I haven't installed any custom ROM's yet, waiting for Cyanogenmod to firm up. I installed the kernel making the HTC Logo (well the screen slightly above it) function to power on/off the device. Back & Home buttons are SMALL. Has anyone come up with a way to light both buttons automatically when the screen is on? Overall love the ONE. thank you

The custom roms I've installed have the newest firmware update that fixes the button sensitivity issue, if that's also a concern.

I haven't had an issue with sensitivity just seeing where the heck the back & home buttons are under certain circumstances.

agree with above post, also do you have a screen protector on? I had to take mine off, its been a week and have not had a problem since.

I do have a screen protector. It's actually leftover from my Verizon G.Nexus. I cut it to fit the HTC One screen and it works perfect. It doesn't impeed sensitivity at all.
