When I first got my 2 One S's. We had a ton of calls that went straight to voicemail, but never showed as a missed call or rang.

I have been to T-mo several times to complain. I have always been told that everything is fine, they cannot see where their is any problem.

Now......

For the past 2 months, have not had a single issue.

So my questions is....

Did T-mo have an issue with the one S and fix it ?

or

Did the Cell Phone Genie magically fix both of my phones?

Anyone have this problem go away?

It's nice that it is fixed, but it would have been nice if T-mo would have said that it was an issue and they were working to fix it.

I still have that problem. I never replaced the original device either. I don't get a lot of phone calls anyway, so this isn't a big problem for me, but every once in a while I will just get a voicemail out of nowhere, or I'd get a text or an email from someone claiming they called me and I never picked up my phone, yet I had no missed calls.

... When my contract's up, I'm back to ATT like shot. T- Mo has gone in the toilet since I last used them in 2006.

I haven't had this problem at all, but T-Mobile is very good in the Denver Metro Area. I came from Sprint about a year and a half ago, and have thus far had only positive experiences with them.

I don't know if this is a T-Mobile issue, this is possibly a software issue. I have a BlackBerry that on the same account and I never had this problem. Also, never had this problem when I was using Nexus S before switching to One S.

It sounds like a sim card problem.

My wife had same problems. Once we updated to 4.0.4 the problem got fixed.
