HTC sense 4G : kicked the bucket or fixable?

Yesterday my phone was stuck in a bootloop. It refused to hold more then half a charge. My mother has the same phone and she switched out the battery from her phone into mine. The battery was fully charged and my phone wouldn't register that, still showing it as half charged. I factory resetted it and it can't find my WiFi or get signal. My parent's HTC senses connect perfectly fine, so it's not my house or anything. I never dropped my phone or got it wet. I have had it a year and a half so the warranty won't work. It just stopped working out of nowhere. Is there any hope?
