HTC Sense Home Crash Issue

Hi, updated my Sense Home app a couple of hours ago. Since then all it keeps doing is crashing every few minutes. So frustrating!! Anyone else experiencing this?

Welcome to Android Central! Which HTC phone? Was it only the Sense Home app, or did the phone get a system update as well?

The most recent Home Sense update (April 2018) is crashing many different HTC phones. See angry rating/comments on Home Sense in Google Play Store. So far, no response from HTC. For a company struggling to sell it's phones, one would think they'd immediately fix an update that's made their devices unusable.

Is it the launcher or the widget? If it's the launcher, then for now, install a 3rd party launcher like Nova.
