HTC Sense phone finder doesn't work?

When I saw that HTC Sense has that option, I thought it was pretty cool and a neat feature. However, I went on the website just to try it out to see if it works. Turns out it doesn't. Pretty useless to have a feature like that if it never registers your location.
Anyone else have the same situation or is it just my phone in particular?

I was just going to post this mine always says find phone is disabled when it is on, on my phone...

Htcsense.com is still in beta. Give it time. It works randomly now on some devices.

i just use sprint family locator...just turn it on when you need to then off when you dont

I've tried this but the only thing it can do is ring my phone. It could never show it to me on a map.

All I can do is lock my phone, and that takes a couple hours for it to actually lock my phone. Everything else says it's unable to connect.

Worked for me on my Sensation, though it was slow to refreash. But it pinpointed my phone right to my house which was impressive. I do seem to be having trouble with it working on the 3D, may need a little more time for them to work out any bugs.
