Sense is HTC's proprietary code so I don't think they are going to release it. But, a bigger question is why? Is there are particular widget you are interested in? Functionally I don't think there is anything on my Evo that I cannot do on my NC.

Get launcher pro+ if you want sense-esque widgets on the NC.

They just announced Beautiful Widgets for Tablets, so that'll give you a very Sense like widgets..
