I would like to ask your advice . My cell phone when it is turned on crashes on white home screen with the green logo . Reading the forum I managed to get on the boot screen to perform a factory reset , but it did not work , I attach image result.
The computer does not recognize it , I do not know what to do .
I don't know why the phone is locked, I didn't update it, unlocked or somethings else .
If you have any advice it would be very helpful
