HTC Sync Completed with Errors

I just started up with my new Hero. When I run HTC Sync, it syncs my calendar to Lotus Notes and my contacts to Outlook. Invariably I get the sync "Completed with Errors" with the errors generally being in the calendar. Problem is that it doesn't produce a log to tell me what the errors were (which specific calendar items). Is there any way to get that detail?
