HTC Sync Manager Auto Send To Phone

Hey guys i new to android, i got the HTC ONE earlier today and am loving it, only one problem, i cant figure out how to make htc sync manager automatically send all my new music to my phone without me having to click each new song and go SEND TO PHONE.
If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

First of all congratulations on your purchase, you made a great choice.

I know this doesn't solve your problem, but why don't you just drag and drop your music folder(s) to your device's SD card? Or are you trying to transfer your iTunes library, for instance? Because if so, there are applications that can do that, including iSyncr, Synctunes Wireless and many others but I am afraid most, if not all of them, are actually paid for. Some people successfully used HTC Sync Manager, but for me I always use drag and drop because HTC Sync is a hassle.

The HTC ONE Dosent have a sd card slot

SD card refers to the storage disk of the device, rather than an "external SD card". When you plug the device into your computer via USB, you should be able to see it under My Computer. If you're on a Mac, you can use Android File Transfer (google it).
