HTC Sync Manager has people and calendar grayed out, how can I fix this?

HTC Sync Manager has people and calendar greyedd out

I have managed to connect my HTC One M7 to the new Win 10 laptop and it is recognized but calendar and people are greyed out, The MAIN reason I want to sync is so that I can edit contacts/people on my computer instead of that little phone screen and one finger typing.
