HTC Synch to Outlook works for calendar but not for contacts

Both calendar and contacts used to synch just fine. All of a sudden the contacts stopped synching even though the calendar synchs fine. I checked the HTC Synch manager and "People" is still checked to synch. I also rebooted both the PC and my phone. What else should I do?
