Dear Sirs i just got an htc desire 620G dual sim phone and i can't connect my
phone to my pc (win 7 sp1). I just downloaded the HTCSync manager latest version.
- My phone android version 4.4.2 Build 1.14.401.002. I've read everything
about connecting a HTC phone to pc ( and vice versa) and the message i still
get from my pc, is that there is no phone connected. I decided to start looking
for the app "AndroidHtcSync2.apk" file which supposedly is present in the
internal storage but there is no way that this file can be found there. I followed
all steps mentioned but i can't find this particular file nowhere (Security>Unknown sources ... and then > Start menu > File Manager > AndroidHtcSync2.apk > install.)
I tried to get to download the file from elsewhere but this is impossible to be found. If you can get me a solution and get me by the hand as long I'm a freshman regarding smartphones it would be very much appreciated. Thanking you so much for yr kind help.
